I ordered an oval banneton 28 cm. I thought it would be larger and longer than that. The measurement of 28 cm is from the exterior of the banneton. But the inside is just 26 cm. For those who want to bake a 28 cm bread, you must buy a larger banneton. However, the product is good. I bought a round XXL before and that one is my second order. Good product. Highly recommend. Except in the description, It should specify the measurement is being taken from the exterior border of the banneton.
